Keep it Simple!
A PowerPoint is a tool to help you present. Don't include things in your PowerPoint that aren't necessary.
Limit Text
Your PowerPoint should include the most important information but should be very easy to read. Don't write long sentences or paragraphs in your PowerPoint, instead stick to short phrases and use bullets and numbering.
Use High Quality Images
Be sure to use good quality pictures that add to your presentation. Most people will look at the picture first, so be sure to include something meaningful that is related to the other information on the slide.
Use the Right Font and Color
People in the back of the room should have no problem reading your PowerPoint. Make sure you choose a simple font that is easy to read. It's also important to make sure the font color doesn't blend into the background.
