How to Login to Office 365
Step 1: Visit the office 365 website. You can access Office 365 from the home page, the EMS website, or by clicking here.

Step 2: Enter your LEUSD e-mail address to sign in. All students have an LEUSD e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be your student ID number, followed by @leusd.k12.ca.us.
For example, if your student ID number is 123456, your LEUSD e-mail address would be [email protected]. |
Step 3: Once you enter your e-mail address you will be taken to the Lake Elsinore USD sign in page. On this page you will need to enter your password. All student passwords are their 8 digit birthdays (MMDDYYYY).
For example, if your birthday is January 21st, 2006, you would take your two digit month (01), two digit day (21) and four digit year (2006) to create your password. Your password would be 01212006. |
Sharing Files on Office 365
Sharing documents with office 365 is quick and easy. First, be sure to be logged into your Office 365 account. The following instructions will work with different Office 365 files.
To share an Office 365 file:
- Open the file that you want to share in your web browser.
- Select the "Share" box, this is usually at the top of the page.
- Use the drop down menu to change sharing permissions.
- Depending on why you are sharing the document, you may want to uncheck the box that says "Allow Editing". If you leave this selected, anybody you share this with will have the ability to make changes. Leave this box checked if you are working on a group project.
- Add the names or e-mails of all people you wish to share the document with.
- Select "Send".
To access an Office 365 file that has been shared with you:
- Login to your Office 356 account
- Select "OneDrive"
- On the left side of the page select "Shared with me"
- Find the file that has been shared with you.
